Independent Sales Consultant

Sales Duties:

  • Develop strategy and individual responsibilities to close sales of all high potential targets and drive sales in assigned territories
  • Take ownership of an assigned territory in the role of Sales Consultant and provide subject matter expertise for associated health system personnel
  • Providing consistent and effective follow up
  • Develop relationships with key customers/opinion leaders; leverage relationships to expand existing business within assigned territory
  • Identifying and assisting with the resolution of potential client concerns
  • Communicating opportunities and providing feedback gathered through field activity
  • Enter and maintain key account and customer information in CRM
  • Monitor monthly sales as reported in CRM for accuracy and adjust action plans to account for shortages towards goal achievements
  • Channel competitive information gathered in field to marketing and the sales team; serve as a liaison between Marketing and Sales
  • Administrative Accountabilities:

  • Effectively generating and nurturing customer leads and set up customer appointments
  • Maintain an updated book of business on CRM software, close all appointments with notes
  • Other accountabilities and duties may be assigned
  • Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Possess a strong knowledge and ability to sell with maturity, a sense of urgency, and self-direction
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and administrative skills
  • Tech savvy and proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and CRM software

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent individual and group presentation skills
  • Strong sales track record and consultative selling skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

    Inside Sales

    Sales Duties:

  • Manage Account Based Marketing and Inside Sales strategy for radiation protection products to hospitals, surgery centers and clinics.
  • Min of 2 years inside sales experience with proven track record a must.
  • Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Excellent and articulate phone persona, high closing ratio.
  • Organized, reliable and a team player.
  • Education:

  • High School or GED equivalent
